  • Support Services Clerk is responsible for supporting internal work flow operations through clerical tasks such as reception, data entry and hospital research in accordance to organizational processes and procedures. Clerical support is provided by assisting incoming callers and onsite visitors. Logging, scanning, organizing and distributing mail and faxes. Applying appropriate postage to outgoing mail. Collecting data and/or medical records from client systems to update internal accounts. Updating client systems to provide timely status updates and assist with billing processes. Securing new referrals from client systems. Providing data input, corrections and assignments. Preparing client reconciliation reports & taking necessary action to client responses..
